Mary is a regular** person who got passionate about cancer many years ago, but has had it hit way too close to home in the last 15 months.
A public relations professional with a 15 years in journalism, the media and corporate communications around the world, she is currently loving her job at a wonderful public relations firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Mary believes that spreading the word and sharing stories can be therapeutic. Plus, she likes to talk a lot and by golly, she has a boatload to say!
**Mary doesn’t like to be presumptious and as a lifetime journalist didn’t want to publish anything without third party confirmation. Thanks to Pam and Lizzy, she can now have words and phrases like ’unique’ and ‘quite a character’ and ‘extraordinary’ describing her.
That brings up another point of pride for Mary. She has ’extraordinary’ friends and family supporting her from near and far, which is acknowledged as a superb blessing.

“Mary is a regular person…” WHAT??? There’s nothing ‘regular’ about you and that’s why we all love you!! The blog is a great idea but I couldn’t get the email updates part to work yet.
Can’t wait to see you,
Pam

I’m with Pam!
There’s not one thing ‘regular’ about Mary!!
In fact, I would venture to say, she is one of the most extrordinary people I know!
As I read about her conference details, I am reminded of what a blessing Mary is to those that know her and to those that don’t!
From the bottom of my heart, I am truly honored and blessed to have this woman in my life.
God Bless you Mary, for all that you’ve done and continue to do, in spite of the trials you endure. There is a miracle with your Mom’s name on it. It may be packaged a bit differently than you’d expect, but it is a miracle all the same.
I think this blog is a great idea. You just have no idea the lives you touch with your thoughts/words. You are awesome.
I love you Mary.
